The studio operates in a subsidiary partnership between Hindsight Theatrical and La La La Enterprises. Where Hindsight builds live shows, Liminal builds the frames around identity — on screen, in code, and in the spaces between.
Every project we take on is, at its core, a question about selfhood: how it forms, how it fractures, and how it is finally claimed. We produce narrative film, documentary, immersive installations, and creative tech tools for creatives.
The name comes from two ideas we can't shake. Liminal: the threshold — the in-between where transformation actually happens. Frameshift: a single shift that rewrites everything that follows.
We believe the most honest art is made at that intersection. So we build there.
